In Person Reiki Sessions
For animals
Reiki sessions given in person are best given at the home where the animal lives. Animals
are able to relax and receive these treatments much more successfully when they are
comfortable and in their own environments. Permission of the animal is always asked first,
and I allow the animal to be in charge of their own treatment. Many animals enjoy direct
hands-on treatments, and they will usually guide me to a position or area that they want
me to work on. For other animals, treatments are much more comfortable from a few feet
away, or even from across the room. Either way, treatments are equally effective.
Treatments are always adjusted to fit each animals preference.
For People

Long Distance Reiki Sessions
Distance Healing is very effective and may be preferred than hands-on/in person
treatments in some instances. Some animals may live too far away for hands-on
treatments, or distance healing may be used for in between hands-on sessions.
Distance healing treatments may also be quicker to schedule in cases of emergency.
Similarly, if an animal or person seems to be coming down with something or needs
additional support between sessions, distant healing will provide what is needed.
Distance Reiki offers the same benefits as hands-on Reiki. It is also helpful in healing
family situations that may involve your animal and in helping human companions with the
process of an animal's death. A distance treatment can also be sent to heal a traumatic
event in you or your animal's past.
